Dr. Anne Crémazy

Dr. Anne Crémazy is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biology at the University of New Brunswick (Saint John). Her lab broadly studies the fate and effects of trace metals in natural waters. This research integrates bio-geochemistry, physiology and toxicology into a comprehensive framework aimed at unraveling the processes controlling the interactions of trace metals with aquatic organisms, at the molecular, organismal and ecosystem levels. The lab and field studies carried out in the Crémazy lab provide new knowledge and tools to help better manage metal environmental risk under varying environmental conditions.
